I’m Teresa. I am a native Chinese speaker living in Guangdong, China. It is a place which is very close to Hongkong.
I love teaching and sharing languages. I am a teacher in China, I have been teaching English and Chinese for more than fifteen years.I have been as an exchange teacher in the UK for two years. When I was in the UK, I promoted Chinese language and spread Chinese culture. What’s more, I have accumulate much more teaching experience.
I have got the teaching certification and Mandarin certification in China.
I really enjoy talking with different people from different cultural backgrounds.Since 2008 I have had over 5000 online and offline classes and I have had one hundred students from all over the world improve their Chinese from beginner to advanced level. My students like me very much. On average, every student has studied Chinese with me for nearly two years. Whether it's one-to-one, one to many, online or offline, I have rich teaching experience to help you improve your listening,speaking reading, writing and translation of Chinese.

About the lesson

In my lessons I will not only teach you new words and structures but also help you use them in real Chinese conversation.
I will always give many examples to show the explanation besides phonetic Chinese systems, Chinese characters,Chinese words and expressions,Chinese grammar points. I will also share the most authentic Chinese culture with you.
I have a lot of great tips to learn. I can teach that sounds in a very fun way that you can easily remember them.We can also practice listening , speaking, writing or reading in different ways. I will plan my lessons to build on words you already knew.I will customize a lesson plan for you and tailor lessons to your goals.I have a great sense of humor and make you feel comfortable even when you make a mistake or you are a zero-basic Chinese language learner .
I’m patient and experienced enough. I can response quickly to your request to emphasize certain parts of the subject matters such as pronunciation.
It is very interesting in my class. Most of the time I use HSK series textbooks, and my original courseware will also be used in the class.The perfect combination of teaching content and animation will enable you to learn Chinese efficiently in a relaxed atmosphere.
