About Shivani

I am a certified fitness and nutrition coach with qualifications including NASM CPT, NESTA Physique & Fitness, INFS Expert Nutrition, and specialized training in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness.

I have experience working with clients of different fitness levels, helping them achieve goals such as weight loss, strength building, body toning, and overall lifestyle improvement through safe and structured programs.

My approach is personalized and education-focused—I don’t just train clients, I help them understand how fitness and nutrition work so they can build long-term, sustainable results.

Each program is tailored to individual needs, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring steady progress with proper guidance, motivation, and accountability. My priority is to create a supportive and professional environment where every client feels confident in their journey.

I use a client-centered, adaptive coaching style that combines evidence-based fitness principles with real-life application.

I begin with a fitness and lifestyle assessment (goals, injuries, diet, schedule, stress levels)
I simplify complex concepts like nutrition, fat loss, or strength training into easy, actionable steps
I use progressive overload, habit building, and behavior coaching for consistent results
I integrate nutrition guidance alongside training, so results are holistic
I regularly adjust programs based on progress, feedback, and client response

My focus is on education + execution, so clients understand why they are doing something, not just what to do.
