About Cindy

Hi! My name is Cindy, I'm a native French speaker living in Montreal. I'm passionate about traveling and meeting people from everywhere.

I own a degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication. I helped many students getting ready for their TEFAQ examination. In the past years, I gave several classes both online and in private schools. Right now, I work as a Language instructor for an airline based in Montreal.

I worked as a journalist for the past 9 years. I am also a freelance translator, mostly for websites and tv shows, from English to French.

I speak English and a begginner's Spanish. I am friendly and patient, I love French language, and most of all, I love having fun with my students!

About the lesson

My courses are tailored to the needs of my students and I give them the necessary tools so that they can progress quickly and confidently. We can improve your conversation skills as well as your oral and written comprehension. I think one of the best way to learn a new language is to talk as much as possible without being afraid of making mistakes!

Perfect! Cindy is an excellent tutor and exactly what I was looking for! Our weekly sessions are very conversational but she also includes written exercises via Google Docs so we can go through it together in real time. She's a very patient and supportive tutor, I would highly recommend her!
