About Vivek
I am a highly experienced and dedicated Karate Instructor with 6–7 years of international teaching experience. I hold a Shotokan Style 2nd Dan Black Belt and a Budokan Style 4th Dan Black Belt. I have trained children, teenagers, and adults from beginner to advanced levels. My teaching method is friendly, patient, and highly interactive, making students feel comfortable and confident while learning. I focus on clear explanation, step-by-step training, and individual attention, ensuring every student understands the techniques properly. I conduct live online karate classes with active interaction, continuous feedback, and proper correction. My lessons help students improve discipline, fitness, self-defense skills, confidence, and mental strength in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to create a positive learning experience where students enjoy training while growing physically and mentally through karate.

I provide online karate training for kids, teenagers, and adults, suitable for beginners to advanced levels. My lessons focus on discipline, fitness, self-defense, confidence, and mental strength.
Each class includes:
Proper warm-up and stretching
Basic stances, punches, kicks, and blocks
Kata (forms) step by step
Self-defense techniques for real-life situations
Fitness and flexibility training
Cool-down and breathing techniques
I give individual attention, correct movements clearly, and progress according to the student’s level and age. Classes are safe, structured, and interactive.
Lessons are conducted live online via video call, so students can train from home with proper guidance. Training schedules are flexible, and parents can easily monitor children’s progress.
My goal is to help students become strong, disciplined, confident, and focused through karate training.
