About Nadia

I’m Nadia — a certified life coach who helps women in their 20s and 30s break free from fear, rewire their limiting beliefs, and finally build the confidence to become the version of themselves they actually want to be. Since I can remember, I’ve been passionate about growth, psychology, and helping others. After moving countries, healing old wounds, and rewriting my own mindset, I knew this work was meant for me. Now I use what I’ve learned — the tools, the mindset shifts, the power of self-trust — to guide other women back to themselves. She’s done with feeling stuck and so ready to finally trust herself, speak her truth, and feel worthy of the life she dreams about. What I do: Through mindset coaching, goal setting, emotional awareness tools, and supportive guidance — I help women rewire their minds, reconnect with their worth, and step into their next level with clarity and confidence.
