About Jahnae

I’m Avery—your Certified Personal Trainer, Mobility instructor, and dedicated Heels dance choreographer. With over seven years of heels dance experience, I specialize in transforming self-doubt into bold, unshakeable confidence. My teaching style breaks down the basics step by step, guiding you from shy beginnings to a radiant sense of self-esteem and femininity. Together, we’ll nurture your body and mind so you feel amazing, empowered, and in love with yourself like never before. We "WILL" unlock your success one stride at a time!

About the lesson

So In my private lessons, I blend Mobility training with Performance Exercises, Ballet Basics, and targeted goal setting to optimize choreography retention to unleash every dancer’s full potential. Come with an Open Mindset to Learn, Time To Put Yourself First!
