A few years ago, I went through my own transformation. I dropped from 200 lbs to 170 lbs in just 2 months, and that experience changed the way I look at training and nutrition forever. My Training Methodology and Techniques
I design personalized training programs that fit each client’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. My approach combines strength training, cardio, mobility, and proper nutrition guidance to ensure lasting results. I emphasize correct form, gradual progression, and motivation so every workout is both safe and effective.
A Typical Training Session
Warm-up & Mobility (5–10 minutes): Dynamic stretches and activation drills to prepare the body.
Strength & Conditioning (30–40 minutes): Customized exercises targeting the client’s goals, from fat loss to muscle building.
Cardio / HIIT (10–15 minutes): Heart-rate–based training adapted to endurance and performance needs.
Cool-down & Stretch (5–10 minutes): Recovery work to improve flexibility and prevent injury.
Review & Next Steps (5 minutes): Quick recap, progress tracking, and adjustments for the next session.
