I am a professional physiotherapist and a Certified advanced fitness instructor from Indian Academy of Fitness Training. Can modify the exercises as per individual's body problems, pains, and aches. Any age group, including pregnancy, can do Pilates for fitness and core strength.

Perfect! Zeel is a very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. She focuses deeply on the problem areas and gives a variety of exercises to correct the issue. I have been working out with Zeel for 3 months now and I feel a lot of improvement in my core strength and mobility. Zeel is respectful of my goals and does not mindlessly push for weightloss as many other trainers do. She focuses on overall physical health right from the basics which is amazing and rare to find. I highly recommend her as a fitness trainer!
