About LJ
I am a recovered addict for 13 years and am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a Practitioner (CCBTP) working at removing the cognitive distortions which hold the chronic relapser at bay. We are also certified in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a counselor (CPTSDC) to overcome trauma causation of the past to recreate a positive outcome for the future. Additionally, we use Neuro-Linguistic Programming to change the belief structure so riddled with false accusations and abnormal thinking. This is the "Technological" way to create a solid base for a clean and concrete recovery.

My teaching methodology is Strength-based and we use Motivational Interviewing to bring out the clients most request barrier that is stopping their forward growth. We use a weekly action plan to move the needle forward, day by day, week to week.
