About MARI
I'm an experienced yoga teacher and practitioner since 2007.
Certified Yoga Teacher 200-RYT and specialized in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation.
I teach both in-person and Online classes to adults and seniors. The in-person classes are in my private yoga studio in NYC. With an additional fee, I can travel to your location.
