My teaching style is reciprocal. I provide constructive feedback while working through problems and if needed, I provide an example problem as guidance. I try to create a positive and encouraging environment for students. In a typical session, I will ask what the student would like to work on for the day and whether there was a specific problem or concept that they would like to focus on first. From there we would work on said problem or concept. The classes are meant for students up to Grade 11.
