Aaron is an incredible tutor, I’ve know him personally for many years, having guided meditation with him in the infancy of his journey - many years ago before his trip to India to deepen his understanding - I’ve found his methods unlock a part of meditation meaning that I cannot unlock by myself, it’s through his guidance I have been able to live the life I want to because of the perspective his teachings bring.

Aaron is an experienced, well-read, and well-practised teacher of meditation. He is effective and knowledgeable beyond expectations. He has an extensive theoretical, not just practised, understanding of the subject area through reading, personal exploration and writing. Combining this with his teaching experience, in meditation and other areas, and his academic background has led to Aaron being an incredibly adept communicator when it comes to spiritual practice and meditation.
