About Lian
My interest in chemistry started when I became curious about how everyday substances react and change. This curiosity led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, where I developed a strong understanding of chemical concepts and reactions. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students understand chemistry in a clear and simple way, making difficult topics easier to follow and apply with confidence.
I focus on creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and learn at their own pace. Beginners are guided with simple explanations and basic concepts. Intermediate learners improve through structured practice and deeper understanding. Advanced students work on complex reactions, problem-solving, and application-based learning that builds confidence and accuracy. I always adjust my teaching approach based on each student’s needs.
Outside teaching, I stay connected with new developments in chemistry and enjoy exploring practical uses of chemical concepts. I bring these ideas into my lessons to make learning more interesting and meaningful. Watching students improve and gain confidence is very rewarding. My goal is to help students build strong understanding, clear thinking, and confidence in chemistry.

Chemistry becomes simple when students understand the reasons behind reactions and how substances behave. My lessons focus on atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, and basic organic chemistry. Beginners start with simple concepts like elements, compounds, and basic reactions. Intermediate learners work on chemical equations, reaction types, and understanding processes. Advanced students explore complex reactions, mechanisms, and application-based problems that improve their analytical thinking and confidence.
I use clear explanations, diagrams, and step-by-step methods to make learning easy to follow. Lessons include practice questions and guided exercises so students can apply what they learn effectively. I adjust each lesson according to the student’s level to ensure they fully understand before moving ahead. Students are encouraged to ask questions and think logically about chemical processes.
Chemistry lessons help students improve accuracy, understanding, and problem-solving ability. Students learn how to approach equations, understand reactions, and apply concepts clearly in exams and real-life situations. Over time, they gain confidence and develop interest in chemistry. My goal is to make chemistry simple, structured, and engaging so students feel confident and motivated to learn.
