About Tanya

I’m passionate about helping you learn my native language and gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from a university in China, and I previously worked in senior management before transitioning into teaching.

Over the past three years, I’ve taught more than 50 students and delivered over 680 lessons. My teaching is built on three core principles: simplicity, engagement, and practicality. I use a mix of videos, textbooks, and visual materials to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

I’ll guide you step by step—from the basics to more advanced topics—so you can build a strong and confident foundation in Chinese.

I’d love to understand your motivation for learning Chinese and what you hope to achieve. Based on your goals, I’ll tailor my teaching style to fit your needs.

My mission is simple: to make your Chinese learning journey enjoyable, empowering, and rewarding. I want to see you gain confidence, make real progress, and truly enjoy the process.

About the lesson

Personalized one-on-one Chinese tutoring, offered both online and in person:

• Currently teaching approximately 50 students across various skill levels
• Skilled at adapting lessons to each student’s level and attention span
• Design customized course plans based on individual learning goals
• Maintain clear and timely communication to understand and support student needs
