About Claire
Hi my name is Claire! I am from Nashville, Tennessee. I grew up training in multiple styles and also danced competitively for nearly 15 years. I had a major injury when I was 17 which set me back for several years, but I never gave up. Because of this, I was inspired to dance that works with my body. I needed to something low impact and ensure that the way I am dancing did not harm my body. I was able to find my style after many years of training with a contemporary dance company in Nashville, taking a course for a semester with a choreography program, teaching a weekly contemporary class at Millennium Dance Complex in Nashville, then training in multiple other cities. I have a unique way of interpreting dance and choreography and love to share my perspective with others. Hope to work with you soon!

I love to focus on movement quality, cleanliness, and transitions/flow to make the best sense with the way your body naturally moves. I like to see the progress and growth to make dancing and choreography look more dynamic and natural.
