About Sonia

Hi there! My name is Sonia, and I'm a nurse who recently moved to Cork to immerse myself in the English language and culture. As a native Italian speaker, I'm eager to share my language and heritage with others. I have experience teaching Italian and am passionate about helping others learn. My background in nursing has equipped me with strong communication skills, patience, and empathy, which I believe will be valuable in my teaching journey

About the lesson

If you are a student, we would go over your coursework together to prepare you in the best possible way for your exam. If you want to learn Italian for reasons other than school/university, I would teach you the basic grammar first and then move on to conversational skills. Lessons would be approximately 1hr long, I have previous experience of Italian tutoring with university students and I am happy to teach all levels of Italian, from beginners to advanced.
