About Hoviv

I have been teaching for 10 years now. It was in Marseille that I discovered teaching, I remember very well my first student who is now in a special class at the Paris Conservatory. Between Marseille and Brussels, passing through Geneva, I had the chance to work with many students, each with different expectations. I tried to help some to pass their diplomas, others to learn to play alone, to read scores or to reproduce music by ear.
I have always tried to build relationships with my students, and constantly tried to understand their approach to the instrument and their relationship to music.

About the lesson

My name is Hoviv, I am 27 years old and I am a clarinetist and conductor.
I have been teaching the instrument for 10 years now. Being originally from the south of France, I obtained my first diplomas at the conservatory of Marseille where I had the chance to discover the practice of teaching. I continued my studies at the Haute école de Musique de Genève, where I also had the chance to teach for 4 years and here I am now in Brussels where I wish to develop my passion for teaching.
Having traveled, I have been able to meet many students, with whom I have always had a very good relationship. My teaching is based on listening, sharing and developing a passion for music in general.
There is no universal course, each one being different, I adapt to the needs of the student.
