About Lenni

As a 10-year professional dedicated to excellence in music, both in teaching and performing, I ensure that my expertise will enable you to acquire new skills with full confidence as well as enjoyment of the process. I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the University of Miami, where I studied classical clarinet and gained experience in choir, music theory, academic tutoring, improvisation, and composition. I have ample experience providing instruction for many instruments (clarinet, guitar, keyboard, voice, music theory) to students from ages 6 to 70, in a diverse array of musical styles. I am very passionate about music and the joy that it brings to players of all skill levels and backgrounds. Creating a fun, explorative, and supportive learning environment remains my number one priority in providing instruction to others.

About the lesson

As an instructor, I am very adaptive to the specific needs and learning styles of my students. I will always make sure to include subject matter that appeals to the musical interests of my students, and I will teach complex subjects in a way that is fun, engaging, and encouraging. A typical lesson plan will include a warm-up, a review from the previous lesson, technical exercises, an introduction to new concepts and techniques, and then a fun activity to integrate new material.
