About Priyanka

Hi, I’m Priyanka. I’m a Clinical Psychology postgraduate, and I genuinely enjoy helping people make sense of psychology when it feels confusing or heavy.

I wasn’t someone who understood everything instantly while studying, and that’s shaped how I teach. I know what it feels like to stare at a theory and wonder what am I even supposed to do with this? So I focus on slowing things down, explaining concepts in simple language, and connecting them to real-life situations.

I’m calm, patient, and very okay with questions, even the ones that feel “basic.” I take my work seriously, but I also believe learning works best when it feels safe and human, not rushed or intimidating.

About the lesson

My approach as a teacher is focused on understanding before memorising. Psychology can feel overwhelming when it’s taught as definitions and theories alone—my goal is to help students actually make sense of concepts and feel confident applying them.
I use a concept-based and discussion-oriented method, often linking theories to real-life examples, clinical cases, and everyday observations. I adapt my teaching style to the student’s pace and learning needs, ensuring sessions feel supportive rather than intimidating.
