About Laetitia

Being initially an environmentalist, zoologist and marine biologist, I realized that the pollution of our planet was a reflection of our inner malaise. After a long trip around the world, I slowed down my outdoor activism to plunge myself further into myself. I realized that our journey was above all from within! I have been personally on the path of exploration and inner transformation for 12 years. I have been trained in several approaches to personal development, including energy care (biofeedback, SCIO), life coaching, NLP, dervish Yoga, Vastu Shastra (habitat science), BARS, nutrition, Tantra and free dance. I now integrate all these complementary practices into my personal and company support. For 2 years I have been training Enneagram for all kinds of companies (From TPE to multinational) to improve the human relationship and boost their activity. These approaches have already proved their worth on the quality of work provided and the efficiency of employees.

About the lesson

Coach and therapist, I propose an accompaniment of the person in all its dimensions, physical, mental and emotional. After being trained in different approaches in energy and psycho-body, I specialize in quantum energy care. This powerful vibrational therapy acts on the different dimensions of the being and on the causes to allow a lasting global rebalancing. It has already been for many people source of a profound transformation. But since energy care does not go without a healthy lifestyle, I use several complementary approaches: - "Access The Bars", energy care by stimulation of points on the head. It helps to free the blockages and especially the limiting beliefs that inhibit access to your authentic being. The action of the activation of the Bars, these 32 parallel points on the head, is more circumscribed to the sphere of the mind and consequently to personal development, directly linked to the law of attraction, as expresses it very Well the mantra: "Everything of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory". - Life coaching and NLP - Enneagram (The 9 types of personalities and ways of life) - Vastu Shastra (basis of feng shui), energetic places of life, advice to harmonize its place of life and work. My care and training is intended for anyone wishing to transform themselves and / or contribute to a healthy and sustainable human development
