About Geraldine
I am a trained clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and coach, using all my skills and knowledge towards helping clients to achieve wherever they are in the world. My role is to support your develop using tried and tested techniques for self-development, self-exploration and understanding. I am able to work with you on goal setting, activities to build your skills, confidence and potential. I have worked with a range of Clients, since obtaining my hypnotherapy diploma in 2003, all with different goals and very unique and different people but each and every one of them wanting to move forward in life, positively and with a sense of direction. Lets work on that together for your positive future.
I will work with you in the free session to focus on your goals, aspirations and needs. Then I will create a bespoke programme of sessions for us to work through online together. These will differ between Clients but might involve creative imagination work, affirmation development, body language and confidence activities, gestalt or role plays, career or life planning activities and so forth. Each week you will need to use extra time to practice some of the techniques taught and bring that experience back to the next session.
I have taught hundreds of students through coaching and support, helped them to find their pathways and move forward positively in all aspects of their lives. This is about taking control and making your life happen and work for you. Less stress, a more focused life, optimism and achieving life and work goals is what we are aiming for.
