I completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Colorado State University, where I helped run beginner coding workshops for K–12 students. Programming is easiest when students understand the logic beneath the code. I start by explaining how computers follow instructions and how small steps create full solutions. Then we move calmly into Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, and beginner-level AI.
Students write mini-programs, test them, analyze mistakes, and grow more confident as they see the code respond to their ideas. My lessons are designed to build a strong foundation that prepares them for future college computing courses, where logical thinking and problem-solving become essential.
I prioritize patience, clarity, and emotional support so students never feel lost or pressured.
