About Steven
I have held post-doc positions in cognitive science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Aarhus University, and the University of Michigan. My PhD work was at Adelaide University, graduating in 2018. I hold degrees in both psychology and software engineering. Although I'm most comfortable with psychology/linguistics, the research methods toolkit I'm hoping to tutor in is used in a lot of other fields as well! Let's chat if you're interested in exploratory data analysis in R, common regression designs (maybe with some nesting?), or starting out with building your own custom models.

I just really like research methods and statistics. My background is psychology (cognitive science), where I've worked as a post-doc or research fellow for six years. I've found 'helping out with analysis problems' to be one of the most satisfying parts of the job, so I'm on superprof to see if I can help you out with yours!
