About Paul

I am truly passionate about improving communication, within the workplace and outside of it. Especially as it is the key to effective leadership, and effective leadership is key to safety, productivity and a happy work/life balance. I like to make sessions fun and interesting, while not shying away from giving the feedback that needs to be given. I will be brutally honest in the kindest way, keeping to fact-based feedback rather than any judgement. The aim is to increase your confidence and help you understand how you are perceived from the outside. In essence I always say my sessions are like holding a mirror up to your communication style.

About the lesson

Lessons are a minimum of 1 hour. We can work bespoke to any skill you are looking to develop. Or work on a particular presentation. I will give feedback and advice on Performance as well as content. If workshopping difficult conversations we will simulate the conversation with immediate detailed behavioural feedback on how your communication is received and how to improve to achieve a better outcome. Lessons are for anyone, but more focused on corporate life, perhaps new managers or people going into line management. Those who have to present to stakeholders. 10 years delivering professional communication training for Engineers, People in Finance, Construction workers, Doctors and Healthcare providers. I have a BSc in Management Science, 10 years' experience in a leadership position in a large company, and 5 years' professional acting experience.
