About Leanna
I work as a Communicative Disorders Assistant within the field of speech, language, and literacy. I also graduated with an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and Psychology. In my years of experience, I have worked with various individuals and have learned different skills, but the most important has been realizing the strengths of those I have worked with and that is what I will bring to each session. A vision of where we need to go and an acknowledgment of the skills of each individual. I want to see you flourish and reach your goals, and will work with you to make that happen!

I have experience working with individuals with various diagnoses of autism. I believe in tailoring goals that are unique to the individual and working with their strengths in order to fulfill and reach goals.
Throughout each lesson I will positively encourage the individual in their work and will presume competence, knowing that they can accomplish a task with the right tools!
