I do not have any major cancelling process at all. If you don't believe you can make it, simply send me a message and we can cancel. However, if you are late to a session by over 15 minutes you will not receive any time back for your hour [ex: 25 minutes late = a 35 minute session with same price as hour]. Not showing up means I assume you wanted to cancel and no further sessions will be made unless you contact me. Rates will not change based on different capabilities per person.
