About Kieran
With extensive training at elite institutions including Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, I bring world-class expertise and a performer’s insight to every lesson.
My career as a dancer was cut short by persistent injuries and health challenges, forcing me to step away from the stage. Yet this experience has only deepened my passion and sharpened my understanding of safe, sustainable training techniques.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve what I once aspired to—without the setbacks. Whether you’re preparing for auditions, refining technique, or discovering movement for the first time, I offer:
• Tailored, injury-aware coaching
• Professional-level contemporary dance training
• Audition preparation & performance skills
• Flexible in-person or online sessions
Let’s turn your potential into performance. Book your first lesson today – your body (and future self) will thank you.

I approach my sessions with a sense of playfulness. Creativity is best expressed when you are fully in the moment.
Whether it be a session focused on gaining fitness/technique or learning a cool new trick, it will be fun and you will be leaving with a smile.
