About Gunjan

With a Master's degree in Data Science and proven success driving student achievement, I am passionate about empowering others to unlock the power of data. As an educator, I create an encouraging, student-focused environment where curiosity and critical thinking are welcomed.

My journey into data science started during my undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering. I quickly realized the transformational impact data could have across industries. This led me to pursue a Master's degree in Data Science in London, where I honed my skills in statistical modeling, data visualization, and machine learning.

In addition to coursework, I gained hands-on experience as a Research Data Scientist developing novel deep learning solutions. I enjoy finding creative ways to break down complex concepts into understandable, engaging lessons for students of all levels.

Outside of data science, I enjoy pushing my own boundaries through hiking, reading, and exploring new cultures and perspectives. I am excited to connect with motivated learners and help them develop the skills to succeed as data analysts. My approach emphasizes real-world applications, hands-on projects, and an encouraging environment where questions are welcomed. I can't wait to help you uncover your own insights!

About the lesson

As an educator, I take a student-centered approach that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world applications. My data analysis and machine learning classes typically begin with an interactive discussion of core concepts and end with a hands-on coding project.

I utilize a blend of instructional methods to engage various learning styles, including short lectures, participatory demonstrations, and collaborative exercises. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical coding skills through my balanced approach.

My classes are tailored for adults and college students who want to launch or advance their careers in data science. I instill an intrinsic curiosity about data and provide the foundational skills to wrangle, visualize, and model data using Python.
