Hi! I'm a 20-year-old University of Toronto varsity athlete with a passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals. Being involved in competitive sports has taught me the importance of discipline, consistency, and taking care of both your body and mind. I stay active every day through training, strength and conditioning, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and love seeing others grow in confidence as they get stronger and healthier. Whether you're looking to improve your athletic performance, build better habits, or simply feel your best, I'm here to support and motivate you every step of the way. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where you can enjoy the process and achieve lasting results.

As a current college athlete, I understand the importance of staying healthy, building strength, and taking care of your body. Through my experience with training, recovery, and performance, I've learned what works and what doesn't. My lessons are designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, whether you're a beginner, an athlete, or simply looking to live a healthier lifestyle.
Every lesson is tailored to your goals and fitness level. We'll focus on proper exercise technique, building strength safely, improving mobility, preventing injuries, and creating healthy habits you can stick with. I believe learning should be supportive, motivating, and enjoyable, so I'll work with you at your own pace while helping you challenge yourself. My goal is to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident both in and out of the gym.
