About Zahra

I am a goal-driven student that will dedicate my best efforts to help those around me, including in academics. My rigorous educational experience throughout high school prepared me well to aid others, and I already frequently tutor at school for students struggling with math. I am in various organizations and extracurriculars that advocate for community service and aid both academically and as a whole, a few of these being the English, Science, and Math National Honor Societies, Student Council, and National Honor Society. This experience and my productive work ethic will ensure that students under my lessons will succeed in catching up to their classes and achieving an in-depth understanding of ideas that they will need to excel in classes as well.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I will do my best to get students caught up and reach complete understandings of their classes. During tutoring, I will offer homework help, give walk-throughs of difficult concepts with examples, and give short assessments to track progress. My lessons are for middle school and high school students struggling to keep up with the constant flow of work in their classes, where I will slow down on concepts and make sure that we go step-by-step to accomplish a complete understanding of them. Lessons will be held twice a week (or more if needed), where I will review or teach and give a short assessment after.
