About Alessandra

My name is Alessandra and I have been a stitcher and upholsterer for more than 20 years.
I learned this craft 'on the field' and this has allowed me to develop more aspects of this job.
I have worked in Italy (where I was born), Belgium (where I am currently) and the United Kingdom.
I would like very much to be able to teach this work so that everyone can express themselves also in the aspect of interior decoration.

About the lesson

I would like to bring as many people as possible closer to this craft that seems so secondary, but that in everyday life is actually of great importance.

Upholstery, besides being a matter of recycling (a very fashionable lifestyle, fortunately!), allows you to express a lot of creativity in a professional way.
The same goes for furniture accessories. Learning to make your own furniture brings many gratifications.

The method I use aims to reproduce your creativity as closely as possible on furniture and fabrics, teaching you the techniques to achieve this, so it is a more than personal approach.

The courses are for everyone, from those who have never seen a nail to the most experienced DIYer!
