About Patrícia

The modalities of rhythms, funk and flexsexy work preferably with women, there is no need for previous experience with dance, just to feel like it. In these classes, it is possible to create a self-care relationship with the body and to know that all women are incredible the way they are! In stretching and flexibility classes, all audiences and ages are welcome. In addition to contributing as a complementary class in several modalities such as: dances, yoga, pole dance, gymnastics, ballet, etc. The benefits of this activity are many: body awareness, increased mobility, decreased joint pain, strengthened muscles, etc.

About the lesson

I have been a dancer, dance and flexibility teacher for over 15 years. I have experience with all audiences, from early childhood education to adult education. Classes can be collective or individual. In individual classes it is possible to give an exclusive and unique service, directing the content to meet the expectations of the students. However, both in the individual and in the collective, it is possible to identify the difficulties and work to improve them, as well as enhance the qualities of each one.
