About Jasmine
My academic background is in psychology, coupled with years of experience studying dating and human relationships in addition to formal and informal coaching and mentoring. I work with individuals in all stages of the dating process, whether you have been dating for months or years, or just thinking about it but nervous to get out there. I also work with people in all stages of relationships, whether you are looking to improve your relationship with your partner or walk away from a relationship that is no longer serving you. If you are someone who is looking to level up your game, find, build, and keep the relationship of your dreams, then I would likely be a good fit for you!

Tired of spending endless hours on the apps or first dates that don't lead to second ones? Nervous about getting out there altogether? I help clients identify their blocks and how they are standing in their own way of getting the relationship of their dreams. We will first do a deep-dive to understand what might have been getting in your way in the past, understand what kind of partner you want to call in, and how to go about attracting that special person! We will work together to curate your online dating profile as well as discuss techniques on how to identify promising dates (and weed out the not-so-promising ones!) early in the process so that you don’t waste time unnecessarily and become discouraged. The apps can be overwhelming and my approach is to empower clients to see apps as an effective tool to help them meet the partner of their dreams. I also coach clients on navigating attachment styles, including the anxious-avoidant dance, and moving towards secure behaviors, identifying and asserting boundaries, and spotting co-dependent dynamics and working through them. If you’ve never heard of these concepts before, I’d love to introduce them to you. These issues are not specific to romantic relationships, and apply to family, friend and work relationships as well. My work is centered in relational self-awareness, and my approach is to help clients understand themselves better in order to understand how they relate to others, thereby improving the way they show up in relationships. In our work together, clients can expect a kind and non-judgmental approach from me and will come to see me as a trusted mentor.
