About Faye

Teaching Spanish has been my profession and passion for the last 11 years. During this time, I have guided High School and College students towards academic success through personalised lessons that focus on their individual strengths and learning goals. I believe students achieve better results when teaching is flexible, encouraging, and adapted to their unique needs.

My teaching includes grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and practical conversation. I explain every lesson clearly using simple English, interactive exercises, and real-life examples that make learning easier to understand. Students develop confidence by using Spanish regularly during class rather than simply memorising rules.

One of my unique teaching skills is creating lesson plans that evolve as students improve. I monitor progress carefully, provide regular feedback, and introduce new challenges at the right time. This balanced approach helps students remain motivated while achieving consistent improvement.

I also integrate cultural learning into my lessons by introducing Spanish-speaking traditions, customs, festivals, and authentic expressions. Students gain a broader understanding of the language while improving their communication skills.

My commitment to personalised learning allows every student to receive patient guidance, continuous encouragement, and lessons that support their academic and personal goals. I enjoy helping learners become confident Spanish speakers prepared for future success.

About the lesson

I use a student-centred methodology for teaching Spanish that emphasises motivation, communication, creativity, and time management. I motivate students by creating a supportive environment, understanding their goals, and celebrating achievements to maintain confidence and engagement.

Communication is central; I help students practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in practical and real-life contexts. Creativity is integrated through storytelling, role-plays, games, and visual aids to make lessons interactive, engaging, and memorable.

Time management ensures lessons are structured and productive, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational practice efficiently. I also guide learners on managing their study and practice outside class.

Along with Spanish, I can teach related subjects such as grammar fundamentals, pronunciation, and language learning strategies. My goal is to provide a structured, enjoyable, and effective learning experience.
