About Howie

I’m Howie, a digital marketer, growth strategist, educator and entrepreneur with more than 10 years of industry experience.

My professional background includes:

- Meta advertising, email marketing and content strategy
- Affiliate, influencer and social media marketing
- Customer acquisition, brand positioning and marketing funnels
- Pricing, product packaging and business growth strategy

Throughout my career, I have:

- Generated more than US$35 million in affiliate sales
- Co-managed an email database of 1.6 million subscribers
- Helped grow affiliate revenue twentyfold within one year
- Scaled an e-commerce brand to seven figures within 12 months
- Led growth across Meta, Google, Amazon, email and affiliate channels

Today, I am the co-founder and educator behind Kintsugi Investing. We grew the business from S$0 to more than S$92,000 in revenue within 13 months. We have taught over 60 paying students and reached more than 2,000 people through webinars, courses and educational content.

My qualifications and professional training include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from RMIT University
- Diploma in Media and Communication from Singapore Polytechnic
- Completed the WSQ ACTA module “Prepare and Facilitate Classroom Training”
- Professional training in coaching, leadership and generative AI

I want to teach because digital marketing is often presented as a collection of disconnected tactics. I help students understand how the customer, message, marketing channel and business numbers fit together.

My teaching style is clear, patient and practical. I use real business examples and explain the reasoning behind each strategy, so students can apply what they learn and make better marketing decisions independently.
