About Shilpa
MSc Zoology postgraduate and GATE Life Science qualified Biology teacher with 3 years of experience teaching students from Classes 5–12 across CBSE, State Board, ICSE, IB, and IGCSE syllabuses. I focus on making Biology simple, interesting, and easy to understand through concept-based learning, clear explanations, diagrams, and regular practice. My teaching method focuses on concept clarity, interactive learning, and regular practice. Instead of memorizing answers, I help students understand the logic behind every topic using simple explanations, diagrams, real-life examples, flowcharts, and easy notes. I also conduct quick revisions, MCQs, previous year questions, and doubt-clearing sessions to improve confidence and exam performance.
A typical class begins with a short recap of previous topics, followed by explanation of new concepts step by step. After teaching, I discuss important questions, conduct practice sessions, and give short assignments or tests to check understanding. I make sure students feel comfortable asking doubts at any time during the class.
My special feature as a teacher is my patience, student-friendly teaching style, and ability to explain difficult topics in a very simple way. I focus on creating a positive learning environment where students enjoy studying Biology rather than feeling stressed about it.
My classes are mainly intended for school students from Classes 5–12. I teach students from CBSE, State Board, ICSE, IB, and IGCSE syllabuses. I also help students prepare for school exams, board exams, foundation level studies, assignments, and Biology concept building.
