My teaching methods are quite simple. I like to base my classes on a specific topic at a time. I approach a subject with structure.
My methodology is simple- the more you try to understand the more you remember. Biology is a very factual based subject. There are toomany things to remember and so understanding how things work and having regular tests is the best way you do well. Besides regular tests would help a student to score more as they see different types of questions often being asked to them.
I use different modern teaching aids like power point presentations or different new age digital teaching aids (depending on the institution and availability) and I modify my approach to the subject depending on the student audience. I use multiple dimensional reinforcement techniques so that each and every student grasps my concepts well.
I like to build concept of a mechanism by giving simple examples. This aids in understanding complex problems in much easier ways. Additionally, revision is necessary to make a long-term memory of the taught concepts which can further be utilized in real world scenarios.

When teaching lessons I am understanding when topics are not understood right away, and I am able to explain topics in multiple different fashions. I like my lessons to be structured, but I am always able to be flexible if that is what the student requires.
I prefer to teach by multiple methods because every one is a different learner. Some are visual learners, while some prefer to study by audio or via notes or writing.I use a combination of these or other methods to clarify my points . Also it is convinient for a learner to gain new knowlegde by different teaching styles rather than a single routine followed.
