My teaching method is very interactive. I base my classes on the syllabus and course structure depending on the individual student. I change my methods according to every student's need. I like to simplify the concept and focus on the basics of each topic. The clarity and student's understanding is my top priority.
I start with basic lecture to more details with visuals to make students understand the mechanism and phenomenon. I highly advise students to come to me personally if they did not get the concepts rather going back home confused. Every day and every class makes a difference.
I have always been passionate about teaching, and I bring that energy into the classroom, encouraging my students as a dynamic way to develop their ideas and to express their individual strengths. Teaching is the highlight of my day. It inspires and energizes me, and I want to devote my time to working with students and helping them to develop, express, and exchange their ideas.
I believe in keeping courses student-centered, and I strive to create an open dialogue among my students, breeding an environment that facilitates collaboration and the cross-fertilization of ideas.
I believe every body learns differently. So, I like to adapt and try different teaching methods so that my learner can achieve their best. My learners know that there is no element of judging in my classrooms. We all learn at our own pace and style.
My classes are structured according to what is needed by the student. They are content driven and focus on learning and understanding key concepts. The focus is quality and getting those much needed A's in school. My classes are primarily for high school students looking to better their grades and the occasional undergraduate student.
I usually teach using powerpoint slides. I would translate the textual concepts into simpler language for you to understand. I start my class with basic and fundamental concepts and then, later on, teach advanced topics descriptively with examples. I want my students to know the basics first before attempting to get to advance stage.
My methodology is simple. Convey concepts with simple, effective examples. Encourage questions. No question is silly. Repeat till the concept is clear. Strong basics are the key to superior knowledge. Visual aids go a long way in understanding complex ideas. Audio/video ppt, fun facts, and brainstorming sessions are the most bankable ways to educate.
- Tutorat pour les élèves du secondaire en Science et Technologie (1er, 2e et 3e cycle). - Tutorat pour l'univers vivant (biologie, écologie), univers matériel (Chimie, Physique) et Terre et espace.
I base my classes on discussions and interactions and lots of questions because you do not understand a concept without questions. I enjoy giving examples of everyday life to understand a concept. I also show like presenting along with visual aids to help retention of concepts. I cater to High school Biology course and college level Biotechnology course.
My teaching methodologies are- Mind warm up, engage them by interacting with them during the entire session, use technology by going beyond paper, pencil and textbooks. Sometimes I plan educational shows and play videos that enhance my teachings. Students says that I have a good sense of humour as well.
My main motto is to teach each and every subject with the most easiest way,and breaking down the complex topics and tough topics into more easily absorbable forms for students,i have three years of extensive tutoring experience with different types of students, believe in one on one coaching and extra practise and assistance if needed.
I prefer to teach by first clearing concepts and building a strong foundation, and then encouraging students to build on that by using examples and teaching them good problem solving techniques. I am approachable, and believe that no question is too small to be asked. I encourage students to ask questions as that teaches them analytical thinking, which is a useful skill in all spheres of life.
My teaching methodology includes: Try to show them the application of study into their daily life if possible. Give them visual aid to remember and ease the understanding. Telling interesting facts to students about what they are studying.
I can teach students studying in high school. You all are welcome to my class. I prefer to teach my students with an approach that includes diagrams and my self made notes which are more clear than the book-written language. I also like to give extra knowledge which sometimes is not included in curriculum just to elaborate their knowledge. My name is Simranjeet Kaur.
My teaching methods are simple. I like to approach to the subject from very basic and also ask my students if they have any doubts from the topic. I like to explain things with examples which you can remember to create a picture of the topic in your mind.
I help students, from high school to university, where we review the subject by bringing a new vision. We return to the principles and add exercises of gradual intensity. Do not be afraid to ask questions, it's the key to success.
I like to base my tutoring on textual, visual, and kinesthetic learning methods, to offer a variety of ways to learn, as we all learn differently. I also like to include practical application of lessons to solidify key concepts into the mind of my students.
I think that students easily learn through simplified methods. I never hesitate in taking help of today's greatest tool i.e internet to teach things(animations and images). I teach basic concepts first and then move to the complex theories. You will never forget a concept if it is taught with logic and examples, and that is what I am for.
Teaching is akin to storytelling - spinning a beautiful tale keeps the listener aroused and welcomed. Till date, I have taught undergraduate and graduate classes in Bioengineering and Biological methods - my focus has always been to supplement text with real life examples I have faced during my experiments. In biology, it is empirical to "feel" the subject to get the hang of it.
My teaching method is flexible, and depends on the student's needs. I like to use online animations to illustrate what is happening at the cellular level. I have also found that relating biological processes to more familiar, everyday processes makes learning and understanding them less intimidating and less difficult.
I utilise several methods such as conventional classroom type teaching or create a environment for inquisition let students answer and learn based on their reasoning. I also develop a culture of collaborative learning with fellow students and promote team work.
My teaching methods are interactive and discussion based. I think it is important for the student to have time on their own to solve a problem or understand a concept first, then be able to explain their understanding to me, in a discussion setting. I am there for support and clarification but I believe it is important for the student to strengthen their critical thinking skills.
My teaching methodology includes full knowledge of the course and I like to teach with a step by step process. This approach makes it easy for the students to learn the stuff pretty quickly. My classes would be for students taking Biotechnology related courses.
I always try to break up complex concepts in science into easily digestible bits for the students to easily assimilate. I use everyday examples in my explanations so that the students can correlate their coursework with their daily lives.
I will put more emphasis on teaching with visual learning methods, group discussions, brainstorming sessions or question-answer sessions. I believe that teaching complex subjects using these methods will not only give an ample opportunity to learn one topic in different ways but also improve their ability to communicate science with one another.
My teaching method depends on how much the student already understands. I focus more on understanding the concept, rather than memorization. A typical class will start with brief topic overview, followed by practice questions. As a tutor, I believe there are different styles that need to be incorporated in learning for different students.
I approach my students with passion, they catch the fire, start understanding, using their minds. The content taught is rich and lead to the inquisitive minds of my students enjoy the next levels of learning after every lesson.
My teaching methods are flexible and student centered with emphasis on connecting their learning to everyday life.
My teaching methods will be customized according to the goals, needs, and the learning style of each student. I have experience teaching students at various stages in the learning process, from school-aged to post-graduate to adults and professionals. A typical class will begin with a clear overview of the goals for that class and then delve into the subject matter.
