About Aastha
Hi! I’m Aastha—a passionate dancer trained in Kathak and Bharatanatyam, with deep love for all forms of dance that let us express who we are. Dance has been my constant companion and creative outlet for years. I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and my mother is also a dancer herself, I understand the excitement and challenges of learning something new, and that’s what inspires me to teach. Along with Indian classical, I also teach K-Pop choreographies, Bollywood, Indian folk dances, and Hip-Hop. I love blending traditional grace with modern grooves, helping students explore different dance styles while building their confidence, rhythm, and stage presence. Whether you're looking to connect with classical roots, learn your favorite K-pop routines, groove to Bollywood beats, or explore energetic freestyle, my online classes are personalized, beginner-friendly, and filled with positivity. I truly believe dance is for everyone—no matter your age, experience, or background. My mission is to create a space where you can learn, grow, express, and most importantly, enjoy dancing from your heart.

Namaste! I'm a trained Kathak and Bharatanatyam dancer with years of performance and teaching experience. As a passionate student of classical dance myself, I understand the importance of blending tradition with expression and that's exactly what I bring to my classes.
My online classes are designed for all levels—whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to polish your technique. Each session includes warm-ups, theoretical insights, storytelling elements (abhinaya), and rhythmic footwork (tatkaar/jathi patterns) tailored to your pace and goals.
I believe in making learning enjoyable and deeply enriching, focusing on building grace, confidence, rhythm, and discipline in every student. Whether you want to pursue dance seriously or simply explore it as a hobby, my classes offer a safe, supportive, and joyful space to grow.
