About João Antonio
Doctor in Philosophy from UNICAMP. Graduation and Masters in Philosophy from UNESP/Marília.
I was a professor at the Federal Institute of São Paulo for 3 years, where I was a philosophy teacher for high school. It was years of a lot of learning, especially about the proper way to ensure that students were able to learn about an abstract topic such as philosophy. These years were crowned with the choice to be a Paraninfo of the Mechatronics course by my students, at the end of my contract.
I have been teaching Higher Education in the Philosophy course since 2013, in subjects such as: Ethics, Logic, Education and Environment.
I was a Higher Education teacher in the Pedagogy course for 2 years, in subjects such as: Didactics, Environmental Education and Systems Assessment.
My main concern is with student learning, which I try to ensure with dialogue, interaction, approximation of the topics discussed with everyday life and with the use of memes.
