About Christopher
My name is Christopher Harling, and I’ve been playing drums since I was 7 years old. I’ve performed both covers and original music (check out The Terms on Spotify!) in a range of bands—at festivals, events, and the occasional empty bar. Alongside my musical background, I have several years of teaching experience. While completing my Law degree in the UK, I tutored in a variety of subjects including ESL, piano, and most recently, chess. Drumming has always been my passion, and I truly believe it’s one of the most accessible, expressive, and fun instruments to learn. I love helping students build confidence and find their rhythm—whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their playing to the next level.

Whether you're picking up sticks for the first time or want to sharpen your technique, my lessons are tailored to your goals and experience level. I have over a decade of experience playing rock and pop drums in both original and cover bands, and I’ll help you start playing your favourite songs as soon as possible—while building solid fundamentals and technique.
Lessons take place on a high-quality Roland TD-17 electronic kit with responsive mesh heads that feel just like the real thing (and keep the neighbours happy!). Every session is designed to meet your needs and learning pace, so you get the most out of your time behind the kit.
