About Patrick

I am a Native Dutch speaker, born and raised in Amsterdam. I am currently working fulltime as a Dutch teacher, teaching Dutch in-class and in-company since 2018 (5 years). I am also teaching Dutch online on different platforms.
I have conducted over 7000 classes. I also am a certified Blended Learning trainer with a Tesol and Tefl certificate.

I am able to help you communicate effectively in Dutch with co-workers and with clients and also in your daily life with friends and family.

My lessons encourage students to talk confidently so that they can use Dutch at the time and place they need it.

Working together, we will build vocabulary and functional language, improve intonation and pronunciation, answer grammar questions, and craft small talk skills. I can help you use your Dutch in the ways you want to.

My lessons are interactive using textbooks,games and videos with a focus on speaking, understanding, writing and of course grammar I taught students from many origins who all had their own reasons in learning with me. If you're preparing for holiday, NT2 exam, have Dutch partner, I will help you to meet your goal.

My lessons are always based around a theme or topic regardless the level of the student. In every lesson there will be room for: reading, writing, listening and speaking. I think that repetition is key in learning a new language. Last but not least: Every lesson will be fun!

About the lesson

My name is Patrick Agard, I am 34 years old. Lenght of a typical lesson is 45-60 minutes, all material is included. I teach levels A1-C2 and business Dutch all ages.
