"Economics fascinated me during my time at UNSW while I finished a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Actuarial Studies plus a BSc in Data Science. Truth be told, the path from abstract theory to market reality was never as straightforward as textbooks suggested. I spent 13 years applying these theories in fintech and quant environments to solve complex problems.
These lessons naturally translate to the current academic demands faced by my 66 students.
