About Izzy
Currently studying Law at University of Nottingham, and achieved three A Stars at A Level studying politics, business and geography. I am a dedicated and motivated tutor with a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Having experienced the difficulties of underperforming in Year 12, I know first-hand how frustrating it can feel to put in effort without seeing results. Discovering the right exam techniques and strategies transformed my own performance, enabling me to achieve A*A* in Politics and Business. I now want to share these insights with others, so that students can avoid the mistakes I made and instead approach their studies with clarity, confidence, and a clear path to achieving the top grades.

I achieved A grades in both Politics and Business A-Level*, dropping only minimal marks across my final exams. Having initially struggled in Year 12, I understand the challenges students face when aiming for top grades. Through refining exam technique, mastering essay structures, and focusing on the content that examiners value most, I was able to transform my performance and consistently achieve the highest marks. I now tutor students in: Politics A-Level – developing strong analytical skills, essay writing techniques, and exam strategy Business A-Level – mastering key concepts, applying theory effectively, and structuring high-mark answers My approach is focused, methodical, and exam-driven, designed to help students gain confidence and achieve their full potential.
