As a Naturopathy Practitioner | Holistic life coach and creator of Mustard Seed, with just under 2 decades of experience in the Health/ Wellness & Beauty industries and following on from my own recovery from mental health issues I now use my signature strategies as a coach and health educator to guide people on how to reach their health and lifestyle goals, eliminate the toxins in their lives & become their families home remedies expert in a Christ-centered way.
