About Dorian
The primary purpose of every lesson I teach is to serve. I'm looking to know exactly who each student is and what they would like to accomplish. I have a firm understanding that each person wants to advance their knowledge for different reasons. I want to understand those reasons and work my hardest to help them reach that destination.

My plan involved focusing directly on which skills the student wishes to build. I seek to properly assess their knowledge, understand their learning style, assess their goals, then create tangible strategies that allow them to reach their goals quickly.
One of my key skills is building upon current skills and talents. I've allowed each of my students to apply knowledge that they already possess to expand their learning.
