Initially, we assess the level of English proficiency the student has, after which we discuss the goal we need to reach, and then we customize activities based on the age and profession of the student. I follow the listen, read, write and speak format of teaching. I try to be more conversational, ask questions and try to establish rapport so students will have a comfortable, conducive and effective environment for learning.
