About Tammy
Spent 12 years navigating complex financial data environments before moving into instruction. Walking through a messy pivot table and transforming it into a clean dashboard is my daily routine. These technical skills in INDEX and MATCH alongside keyboard shortcuts define how I operate in a professional setting.
My time at the University of Chicago Booth provided the rigorous foundation I now share with others. Working with students who want to bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world utility is what I enjoy most. Integrating what-if analysis and date and time functions into daily workflows creates genuine clarity for teams. Navigating error handling and data validation feels like second nature after so many seasons in the industry.

You will gain access to my complete downloadable template pack designed to streamline your entire project workflow. Starting with a blank sheet is daunting, so we use these files to practice spreadsheet design and high level modeling.
Integrating these resources ensures you spend less time formatting and more time analyzing results. Financial modeling requires a disciplined approach to structure and logic that we practice in every meeting.
We examine how individual cells interact within a larger model to prevent costly errors. Applying advanced techniques like pivot tables becomes intuitive when you see how they scale.
Bringing a focus on efficiency ensures that your output remains consistent and accurate over time. Dealing with large datasets is straightforward when you master the right functions and shortcuts. Building reliable dashboards is the final step in presenting your work to stakeholders.
This practical method prepares you for the realities of the analyst seat. Hope to see you there for your first session soon.
