About Shera-Lea
For the past 4 years I have worked as a Vice Principal, as well as a literacy coordinator. The progress of the students and teachers under my care increased dramatically. My focus is on early elementary students who struggle with reading. I use a program called Read Write Inc, which teaches synthetic phonics in a fun, systematic fashion, allowing children to feel good about their reading progress. The program is meant for children from KG-Grade 3.
