About Mabel
I am a Chess tutor with more than 20 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 1600 students. My passion is helping learners strengthen concentration, strategic thinking, patience, analytical reasoning, and decision-making through high-quality chess instruction.
Throughout my coaching career, I have worked with beginners, club players, school competitors, tournament participants, and advanced learners seeking stronger competitive performance. This experience enables me to create effective training programs tailored to individual strengths and goals.
Many students have improved ratings, achieved tournament victories, strengthened problem-solving abilities, and developed confidence in competitive environments through my coaching and mentorship.
My goal is to help every learner become a stronger chess player while enjoying the intellectual challenges, discipline, and lifelong benefits that chess provides.

My Chess lessons are designed to help students develop advanced strategic thinking, tactical awareness, analytical reasoning, and competitive confidence through structured instruction and practical gameplay. Lessons cover Opening Theory, Middlegame Planning, Tactical Combinations, Positional Play, Endgame Strategy, Tournament Preparation, Time Management, Psychological Preparation, and Advanced Game Analysis.
Students learn through tactical puzzles, practical training games, strategic exercises, opening preparation studies, positional analysis sessions, and detailed game reviews. Lessons focus on understanding concepts and improving decision-making rather than relying on memorization.
Advanced learners focus on master-level game analysis, advanced endgame theory, tournament preparation, psychological resilience, competitive strategy, performance optimization, and long-term rating improvement. Students develop critical thinking skills that extend beyond the chessboard.
